Terroir of Lagrave GAILLAC Le Grand Terroir Dry white wine PDO 75 cl
The Dry White Grand Terroir has a beautiful pale yellow color that is quite strong, teary and shiny.
It has a bouquet nose with hints of nutty fruit grilled smoke, then opens with notes of fruit fresher with agitation.
On the palate, there is ample round fat, a good presence in the mouth,
Long and a good retro-olfaction on the fruit.
This wine will go wonderfully with fish like sole meunière, unilateral salmon ..., meat like a Milanese veal escalope, a sauteed chicken with morels ... but also goat cheeses.
Varietal: 50% Away from the eye 50% Sauvignon
Age of vines: 20 to 25 years
