This Heoc White Rum is Jamaican style.
Bows HEOC (High Ester Occitan), is a white organic molasses rum. It comes from a very long fermentation with dunder, vinasse, wild yeasts and a 100% local Mysterious ingredient.
This rum was published only 900 bottles
It's a big aroma rum with powerful and concentrated aromas. To support this power, it is also raised 5 months in stainless steel tanks and bottled at 57%, ester sup 530, like the rums of the British Navy.
It is without added sugar and without additives.
You will find on the nose a presence of something really new. This rum manages to reconcile the aromatic power of a great aroma, overripe fruit and olives, with the freshness and precision of citrus fruits. The balance is therefore at stake from the outset.
Its aeration opens the rum on the fruits. This is quite striking, because if the sensation of wealth persists, it changes totally nature. The tropical fruit spirits follow one another, with some hints of heather and resinous aromas.
On the palate, it will be revealed to you new aromas, like a very perfumed candy, this rum displays acidulous aromas of red and black fruits, mango, banana, with an overflowing aromatic power. The earthy side of the big fermentation molasses rum serves here to sit the rest, as if to ensure that the intensity never drops. The freshness is then expressed through a liquorice molasses, with vegetal accents of anise and caraway.
The finish leaves room for exotic fruits that are too ripe, with endless length and slight acidity.
