The Corbières Les Sources de Gléon has a brilliant garnet color. It has a garrigue nose and jammy red fruit. Its mouth is full and complex with a spicy and supple finish.
You will taste it with a piece of beef, a tagine of veal with prunes, a leg of lamb with rosemary or a plate of mature cheeses.
You will serve it at a temperature of 16 ° C.
This Corbières will keep for 3 to 4 years.
Grape varieties: Carignan, Grenache, Syrah.
Carignan is placed on colluvial gravels. The Syrah is located on the limestone marls of the Triassic near the buildings of the Estate. The Grenache comes from the Portel island. The soils are limestone marls of the Oligocene.
Aging: 40% of the cuvée aged in lightning, 20% in 300L French oak barrels (one wine).
