This Barsac is rich, unctuous with notes of sappy honey, candied orange and dried apricot, coconut and rancio. It is fat, powerful and fresh thanks to a superb balanced mouth, it is a real Barsac. In this unique cuvée, we have selected with particular attention the best of the Barsac terroir. The must obtained was vinified at low temperature and then aged for 12 months in 2 French oak barrels specially chosen to develop the particular aromatic profile of this Grand Vin. 100% Sémillon, 0.5 hectares on red sands of Barsacais and gravel. Only 600 bottles/year and 140 g/l. It has an aging potential of 10 to 50 years. The bottles are numbered by hand.
