Sassy L'Angélique cider is organic and semi-dry. It is subtle and balanced. It has a fruity attack with a finish with “terroir” notes, reminiscent of the Norman origins of the product. It goes perfectly with soft cheeses and white meats. It is made with 5 varieties of organic apples, mainly bittersweet (Bedan, Doux Normandie, Frequin, Douce Moën, Douce Coët Ligné, etc.). This cider has a light amber color with golden reflections. Its mouth has a creamy effervescence, with a soft attack and a leather finish. A little astringency comes to structure the end of the mouth. You will find aromas of baked apples accompanying the whole. On the nose, you will smell ripe fruit and lightly stewed apples. You will serve it at 8°C.
