It reveals a round, even unctuous texture with a lingering finish. You will have a nose of apples and red fruits. Apple trees grow on loamy clay soil. The proximity to the forest massifs gives the apples a particular acidity linked to the terroir which is attenuated by the softness of the silty-clay plain. You will serve it at 8°C.
