It perfectly embodies the distillery's signature unpeated style. This whisky is made from 100% Scottish barley, fully traceable, and Islay spring water. It is bottled without chill filtration or the addition of caramel coloring. Bottled at 50% alcohol, without chill filtration. Full-bodied and beautifully perfumed, the nose reveals notes of honey, toffee, and citrus, with a blend of tropical fruits and mellow, toasty oak lingering on the palate.
