The Hoegaarden presents an intriguing dress of a troubled blonde, which is explained by the fact that this beer is not filtered before bottling and therefore still contains suspended yeasts. It is adorned with a beautiful white creamy and durable foam that is crossed by a fine effervescence. It gives off a nice fruity and spicy nose reminiscent of citrus, coriander and hops. In the mouth, there are flavors very similar to the perceived aromas with a fruity taste and a sweet presence of coriander.
