Acceptance of the general conditions of sale


The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to define the regime of obligations and duties between SOURIRE DES SAVEURS SARL and its customers. These general conditions of sale are automatically accessible to Internet users from all the pages of the site. Before placing an order, the said general conditions of sale are subject to the Internet user who undertakes to read them in their entirety and to subscribe to them if they wish to continue and confirm their order.

Consequently, the customer acknowledges unreservedly accepting all of the provisions set out herein in exchange for which SOURIRE DES SAVEURS SARL also undertakes to comply with the obligations incumbent on it under these general conditions of sale. Any order being subject to acceptance of these, the customer can not question his order within the limits provided in the chapters "Reservations" and "Withdrawals" hereof.

Our site offers the sale of products and services from a catalog accessible on the internet.
Orders
The customer chooses the products and services he wishes to acquire from the site's electronic catalog. He composes his order by clicking on "add to basket" available in each product and validates his basket by following the instructions.
Selling price
The prices of the products and services invoiced are those appearing in the electronic catalog at the time of the order. A contribution to the delivery costs, if requested, is clearly indicated on the summary of the order as well as the total amount to be paid.
Shipping and delivery
1 - Deadline
Your request is taken into account immediately after receipt of payment and leaves our warehouses within 24/48 h, working days in most cases. During the order process, the delivery time is specified before the validation of the order depending on the carrier and product chosen. The sender reserves the right to use any other means of delivery in accordance with the deadlines and delivery costs provided. Delivery times may vary in the event of routing difficulties, stock shortage, holiday periods or force majeure, which will then be reported by email to the customer.
2 - Reservations
In the event of a problem, the customer will make all reservations corresponding to the observations noted on the carrier's signature sheet, have the delivery person co-sign and keep a copy of the document.
In the event of transport damage, the customer must refuse the damaged product to the delivery person and indicate "Refusal for damage" on the sign-up sheet.
If the customer has not been able to ascertain the damage to the transport during delivery and in accordance with article L. 133-3 of the Commercial Code, the reception of the objects transported is off.
