Echine d'Ane wine is a local wine. It is vinified with a single grape variety: red Grenache typical of Languedoc which is elegant, fresh and full of finesse... Its color is ruby. The typicality of Languedoc Grenache is revealed through floral notes. The palate, supported by the freshness of our terroirs, is elegant, full of finesse, with grainy tannins. It will be perfect with wild rabbit stew, Causses blue cheese, baked turkey leg or lasagna. This wine will go very well with all your grilled meats and charcuterie in general.
