Meursault Le Limozin is a wine from Maison Bader-Mimeur. The Le Limozin plot is a plot classified as a “Le Limozin” village, very well located between “Genevrières” and “les Charmes”. The grapes come from our trading selection. Its color is light golden yellow with pale green reflections. It has a nose of white flowers and citrus with touches of fresh butter and vanilla. Its mouth is delicate, very fine and round. It has a strong Burgundian style. You will serve it at 13°C with the following dishes: Duck foie gras on toast, Colin bellevue, Sea bream in a salt crust, Roasted sea bass, Salmon steak in foil, Bouquet of prawns a la plancha, Lobster salad with young vegetables, Pressed salmon with caviar, Grilled lobster, Sea fish fillet in cream, Trout meunière, Bresse chicken in cream, Asparagus, fish, poultry in sauce... It is aged in French oak barrels for 10 months, 20% of which are new barrels. Regular stirring of the lees. 100% Chardonnay.
