Sassy cider in 20 L barrel is ORGANIC and raw. It is subtle and balanced. It goes perfectly with soft cheeses and white meats. It is made with 5 varieties of organic apples, mainly bittersweet (Bedan, Doux Normandie, Frequin, Douce Moën, Douce Coët Ligné, etc.). This cider has a light amber color with golden highlights. Its mouth has a creamy effervescence, with a soft attack and a leathery finish. A little astringency adds structure to the finish. You will find aromas of baked apples accompanying the whole thing. On the nose, you will smell ripe fruit and lightly stewed apples. How the instructions work: You order a product with returnable packaging, you then pay the deposit. When you return the deposit, we will refund its value. You are not close and use a carrier to deliver to your home. So, to return the deposit to us, you will have to send it back to us. Either by the carrier of your choice and upon receipt we will reimburse you its value, or you ask us to use our carrier and upon receipt we will reimburse you its value deducted from the transport amount.
