Rum Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva is to be tasted slowly to appreciate all its aromatic richness. It is exclusively based on rums of pot still, aged at least twelve years, and finally titrating 40 °.
It has a sweet nose becoming powerful with aeration, with a dominant of cooked fruits, blond tobacco and honey, remarkably melted.
His mouth has a soft start, even syrupy. It takes an undeniable aromatic vigor by developing in the mouth. The aromatic palette is of great intensity which is particularly diversified: dried fruits and compotes, butterscotch, acacia honey, havana, tanned leather, sandalwood ... while being very melted and well balanced. Its color is amber with coppery highlights.
Finale on the syrupeux, but well raised by a spice of spices black pepper, ginger, which prolongs the persistence.
