This Courvoisier® VS, is a fusion between young and more mature cognacs that gives it a delicate and fruity taste and a bouquet rich in ripe fruit and spring flowers. This blend of young and powerful cognacs delivers a whole range of sensations. It is a blend of several wines, composed mainly of Fins Bois, with a touch of Petite Champagne that gives it a nice balance.
It is an elegant and harmonious cognac with strong notes of fruit and fresh oak. The limestone soil of the Fins Bois brings a note of ripe fruit which constitutes its emblematic aroma. The aroma of spring flowers comes from a selection of vintage grapes from the finest woods harvested at the peak of their maturity. The rich bouquet of fresh oak and oak is controlled throughout the aging process, so that it does not dominate the other aromas of this young cognac.
