This Westmalle Triple Belgian beer is indeed one of the first beers to have been brewed under the name of triple beer. It is the fruit of a rigorous selection of the ingredients coming into its composition. Many hops thus intervene here to aromatize and give bitterness to this exceptional beer. Moreover, the yeast used has been the same since 1956 and it greatly influences the aromatic and gustatory complexity of this Trappist. Dressed in a toga of an intense golden blond, this nun exhibits as soon as it enters the glass a white foam, creamy, abundant and beautiful persistence. It lets escape from it the complex and fruity aromas of hops and yeast with notes evoking in particular oranges and citrus fruits. The entry into the mouth is equally complex with a body, as silky as velvety, with a very pleasant texture. We discover fruity flavors that are difficult to identify, as well as spots reminiscent of the presence of alcohol and a very floral bitterness that ' Installs and lasts after tasting.
