The Cuvée des Trolls is an artisanal lager with fruity notes of orange and honey. It is a reference in Belgian beer. The Cuvée des Trolls is a Belgian beer brewed since the year 2000 by the Dubuisson Brewery which also produces the characteristic Bush beers.
The Cuvée des Trolls obviously includes all the quality criteria of the beers of the Dubuisson brewery, that is to say a traditional brewing, without any additives with an undeniable character. The Cuvée des Trolls is flavored with dried orange peel. These are added to the must during boiling. They give this beer notes of freshness and aromas particularly pleasant and fruity. On the palate, the Cuvée des Trolls has a roundness consisting of both tastes and flavors rather high, but particularly well balanced. The bitterness, acidity and sweetness balance perfectly and thus gives a tasty beer and without unpleasant asperities.
