It is distilled in a special still, located in the famous Bruichladdich distillery on the island of Islay in Scotland, The Botanist is a unique gin, complex and sophisticated, and a true product of terroir: much of the many roots, plants, and grains used in its production come from the island of Islay.
You will eat it alone on an ice cube accompanied if desired with a local botanical plant such as thyme, lavender or rosemary.
Or, you'll have a cocktail such as 45ml of The Botanist, 15ml of lemon juice, 10ml of water with a piece of sugar and 4 sheets of Basil.
