The beer Goudale blonde develops in the glass a golden yellow and limpid dress with a relatively persistent foam. It offers fruity and spicy aromas with strong hints of yeast. We discover in the mouth a sweet and fruity beer where the roundness of malts enrobe the spicy notes of yeast and the frank bitterness of Flanders hops. The finish is dry and hoppy.
This beer has a maturation period longer than the average before the barrel is set, which will enable it to develop its entire palate. It is produced with special malts and flavored with finely selected Flanders hops.
It is brewed in Douai by the Brewers of Gayant, the Goudale is a blond beer of high fermentation which worthily represents the beers of said Garde, brewed for generations in the north of France.
