BARBAR beer Belgian bung 8 ° 33 cl
€8.00 L
Barbar Blonde beer offers an orange robe with copper highlights. Once in its Barbar tankard, it releases sweet aromas of yeast malt and honey. The yeast gives the nose an impression of spices while the malt and honey provide sweet and fruity sensations. On the palate, we find malty and honeyed flavors, always accompanied by this hint of yeast with spicy accents. Alcohol is very well masked in this set of sweetness.
At a time when everything is going so fast, it is sometimes good to look at its roots ... on this brew that the ancients called the Warrior's Rest. A rare blond beer to taste in your glass!
The flavors and charms of honey for a very special beer, the Barbar.
With the Barbãr, go back to the sources of the art of brewing! Indeed, for centuries, the only known sugar in Europe was honey. It was therefore long used by brewers to develop what would later become beer as we know it today.
Faithful to this ancient brewing tradition, the Brasserie Belge Lefebvre offers you a beer here brewed with a large dose of honey to replace the sugar more commonly used today. Thus was born the blond Barbar. And it is a beautiful birth that this one because this beer unfortunately too little known is a great success.
