Ratu Signature Blend reveals aromas of orange zest, dark chocolate and coffee, with a velvety flavor of coconut and spicy oak followed by a long note of fresh citrus. She has an amber dress. Its nose gives off aromas of citrus fruits and dark chocolate. In the mouth, you will have zesty notes of citrus fruits and intense dark chocolate with bewitching flavors of coffee and coconut. The finish is woody and lingers on a touch of fresh citrus. Ratu means “chief” in Fijian. This range of spirits comes from the only distillery in Fiji: Rum Co. of Fiji. Column distilled from Fijian sugarcane molasses, Ratu Signature Blend has been aged for a minimum of 8 years in ex-American oak bourbon casks.
