Madame Sureau de Bigallet liqueur is a liqueur made from wild elderflowers, picked by hand in June, in the Grand Massif Central. When tasting, the honeyed, finely tangy flavors and delicate notes of rose and lychee make Madame Sureau a refined and trendy liqueur. After drying, the flowers are macerated in organic alcohol, then distilled in our copper still, in order to extract the best aromas. Recipe : Spritz Elderberry The ingredients for 1 glass: 6 cl of Madame Sureau liqueur + 18 cl of sparkling white + a dash of sparkling water + ice cubes.
