Bigallet Cream Cassis is best enjoyed as an aperitif with a rosé wine, as a kir with a crémant or with a Champagne. The intense taste of blackcurrant continues after tasting. It will give off a very smooth sensation and a slight bitterness brought by the tannins of the seeds. Our cream cassis is a fruit cream, made from macerations of blackcurrants from sustainable agriculture (mostly Noir de Bourgogne).
