Pessac Bec en Sabot is a classic Bordeaux wine, pleasant to serve on all types of dishes and whose refined label will give diners a lot of pleasure.
It has a deep garnet color, a raspberry and peach nose, an iodized note, then a fairly intense toast. On the palate, a nice balance emerges, on a roasted and peppery aromatic palette.
It is the 3rd wine of Château de France, in Pessac Leognan.
Bernard Thomassin, Owner of the Châtau de France is passionate about ornithology. He had sympathy for this rare, vigorous, fierce and solitary bird, which measures up to 1.50 m and lives in the papyrus marshes of eastern Africa. He had the idea of giving his name to one of his vintages.
