The Sauternes of Château Lapinesse is fruity and delicious.
Its nose is aromatic with notes of yuzu zest, lemon, peach, quince, spices as well as crushed pear and verbena. The palate is fruity, balanced, mineral and offers a nice frame
juicy / sour with a fine smoothness and righteousness as well as a certain
finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of flat peach, citrus, quince and verbena.
This Sauternes comes from a manual harvest with several sorts to select only the perfectly botrytised grapes. The musts obtained by direct pressing are racked and vinified at low temperature. Aging 12 months in stainless steel tanks.
