The Rince Cochon beer with red fruits is the little sister of the blonde beer Rince Cochon, long brewed in Annoeullin by the SBA under the name "Le Rince Cochon", Rince Cochon Rouge is now brewed by the Haacht brewery, in Belgium, which notably brews Primus and Tongerlo beers.
This is the famous Rince Cochon available in a red fruit version with pure cherry juice.
It is therefore very different from its big blonde sister, since this new Rince Cochon is a red fruit beer, red in color, and with a label and a bottle reworked with this color.
The character of this strong blond beer is therefore hidden in its dark pink dress which evokes the red berries of the forest. However, unlike most fruity beers, this one is not a light and fruity beer like the others since it is titrated at 7.5%. This dress is covered with a fairly thick head of slightly pink foam that holds well in the glass. On the nose, it presents fruity aromas and we like to try to guess the fruits necessary for its elaboration. The alcohol is also noticeable and leaves no doubt as to the character of this beer.
On the palate, the flavors are sweet and fruity with hints of raspberry, cherry (beer is produced with pure cherry juice) or even strawberry. We also feel the hops, barley and malt present in this very fruity beer.

It is therefore a very good fruity and thirst-quenching beer with a rare power for this type of beer.
