Its nose carries notes of whiskey and wood. Its mouth is soft, rich with woody notes. The finish is long and greedy. Yumehibiki umeshu is aged for three years and then placed in white oak barrels, having held premium whiskey, for further aging. This is the finest authentically aged umeshu, with a blend of whiskey and wood notes straight from the cask.
