A precursor to the Brut Nature category, Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut is a wine with no added sugar, a champagne in its purest form. Launched in 1981, this innovation is a true illustration of the expertise of the House, exclusively produced from a year selected for its perfect balance between beautiful maturity and low acidity. This champagne offers a perfect balance without any dosage. The grapes are carefully selected to preserve only those which have both a high potential and low acidity, which allows the wine to achieve the desired balance without the addition of any dosage. A very light and crystalline color. An intense and complex nose of extreme freshness with notes of fruit (citrus, white fruits), flowers (honeysuckle) and iodized notes, which give an extreme sensation of freshness.
