Savanna 5 years old is an old rum from Reunion Island with a woody style and fine notes of delicately vanilla nuts that will surprise the most connoisseurs. This rum is produced in the heart of Reunion Island, this traditional old rum comes from a blend of ten oak barrels from Limousin and Allier. This union makes it possible to find a balance between the strength of aging in the cellar and the explosion of noble perfumes released after 5 years spent in barrels. You will find a rum with exotic notes, a dazzling roundness and an intoxicating length. To the eye, it has a golden hue. The nose has notes of exotic fruits, vanilla, vegetal scents, and a great suppleness on the nose. The mouth is round and radiant, it is a gourmet marriage of exotic fruits, notes of dried fruits and vanilla. The finish is long and spicy. In operation since 1870, the Savanna distillery perpetuates the tradition of rum.
