GIN Grezan des Garrigues ORGANIC French 42° 70 cl

Grezan des Garrigues Gin is an organic and French Gin. In the south Juniperus oxycedrus is an emblematic tree more commonly called the cade. It is the most common juniper. Very aromatic, its berries are essential in the production of gin. Who, as a child, ran in these hills must have kept this olfactory memory of scrubland of which juniper is an essential component. It was tempting for the Cros-Pujol winegrowers who roam these hillsides all year round to one day combine their culture with that of the vintage distillers of yesteryear. This temptation materialized with the creation of this gin, made from distilled wine and flavored with these juniper berries. Very aromatic, Gin Grézan develops a nose of juniper, of course, to which are added delicate notes of lemon pepper, savory, fennel and cardamom. Grézan gin will delight mixologists and can be used in the making of many cocktails. However, you can enjoy it more simply by diluting it slightly with water, or like James Bond in a Martini gin with an olive, or more commonly with a tonic whose bitterness will combine wonderfully with the aromas of juniper.
