Organic and Natural
Here is our selection of organic and natural products. As many wines, as drinks, as products of the art of the table.... ORGANIC: Relating to a product (or crop) from organic farming and which, therefore, does not contain synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. An organic product or culture is said to be natural. NATURE WINE: A natural wine is made from grapes grown in organic or biodynamic agriculture. These are picked by hand and vinified without synthetic or chemical products (such as sulphur) and with a minimum of human intervention in the cellar. ATTENTION, an organic wine does not always correspond to a natural wine! An organic wine is produced from grapes from organic farming. It is certified by an independent body. But this certification did not concern winemaking (at least until 2012), during which various chemical inputs could be used. Unlike a natural wine where the addition of synthetic or chemical products is (theoretically) not authorized.
